Are you insured?
Yes. Candie’s Characters is a fully insured LLC.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes, a $70 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your reservation. Once received, your date, time, and character(s) are officially booked. All final payments are due by Friday before your scheduled party.
What activities are included?
Activities vary depending on the character reserved, how long the
reservation is and how many children attend.
How do I book a party?
You can text or call 623-826-4383, email candiescharactersreservations@gmail.com, or use the booking form on our contact page.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Gilbert, Chandler, Phoenix and surrounding valley locations.
What if weather impacts my event?
Outdoor events during extreme heat or rain may be adjusted for safety. We’ll work with you to reschedule or modify your booking if conditions become unsafe for performers.
What do I need to provide for the performer?
A safe, shaded or indoor area is required for all performances. If you’ve booked a mascot during warm months, please ensure air-conditioned breaks are available.
