Booking your character appearance is quick and easy. A $70 non-refundable booking deposit secures your reservation, with the remaining balance due by Friday before your event. We do gigs valley wide. We have a
travel fee of $10-$40 for areas outside of Gilbert, Mesa and Chandler. Over an
hour from Gilbert travel fee $50-$200

What to know before you book
When you book with Candie’s Characters, your deposit confirms the reservation and agreement to our service policies. The remaining balance is due electronically the Friday before your scheduled party. A small travel fee applies for locations outside of Gilbert, Chandler, and Mesa. For the fastest response, text or email is preferred. Once your date and character are confirmed, we’ll take care of the rest—making the booking process as smooth and stress-free as the event itself.
